Is it possible that the innate intelligence of the body can use the force we introduce for a purpose greater than the correction of vertebral subluxation? Sure...but that is not our objective.
If the force is constructive, at the right place, at the right time, in the right direction, with the right intent, my belief and understanding is that the force put into the body by the chiropractor is utilized by the innate intelligence within that individual for the maximum benefit of that individual. This may, in fact, be used to correct the subluxation (alter bone position), but may just as readily be utilized to alter neurological function, be it brain function, end organ (tissue cell) function, or nerve(pathway)function.
How else can we explain how all techniques achieve results, from light touch, activator, AO, through rotary breaks, toggle, etc.
The adjustment is altering nerve system function. Bone position, while a useful indicator, is secondary or tertiary.
What could be a purpose greater than correcting the MOST TRAGIC interference to a full expression of the innate intelligence of the body?
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I agree with you that it would not be our objective.
